We are a women-owned, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-inclusive small business based in the Pacific Northwest, creating personalized laser-engraved goods with pride and purpose.
1. Product Customization
All of our items are handmade and made-to-order. Please ensure all personalization details (names, spellings, dates) are correct at checkout. Minor variations in materials (such as wood grain or color) are natural and not considered defects.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Standard processing time is 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this occurs, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. During busy seasons, please allow up to 10 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping
We ship domestically and to select international locations. Little Pines Goods & Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your item is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office first.
4. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, product descriptions, photos, and content are the intellectual property of Little Pines Goods & Gifts. Reproduction or resale of our designs without permission is prohibited.
